Returns and Refunds
Return policy is seven days from delivery date for online credit exchange. If duties are charged on the product, the customer is supposed to pay the duties. This applies for returns as well. Returns on defective goods to be sent DDP.
If goods purchased from the website are defective, please reach out to thekulacommunity@gmail.com with the problem and then a return/refund/partial refund may be processed at the discretion of the Kula Community customer service team.
Cancellation Policy
